Depending on the size of plastic parts, we can make high precision molds from 1-cavity up to 96-cavity. All our molds are designed and manufactured based on international standards with good traceability and interchangeability.

Based on the CAD/CAE/CAM support, our molds are designed and manufactured at high precision for future service and reference.
We can also make high performance hot runner systems for different applications. By controlling hot runner temperature, the in-mold cooling time has been minimized for high efficiency production and good quality.
Our quality control system has been applied to the whole routes in our production starting from raw material inspection, manufacturing and coating.
